Victoria Yunez Behm is a PhD Nutrition student at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in the Gillings School of Global Public Health and Program Coordinator of the Theology, Medicine, and Culture Initiative and ReImagining Medicine Fellowship at Duke University. She holds dual Master's degrees in Nutrition and Integrative Health (MS, Maryland University of Integrative Health) and Theological Studies (MTS, Duke Divinity School). Her work has spanned various disciplines, including education and program development, clinical nutrition, and theological ethics. Victoria’s research interests include health education for practitioners and the public, integrative nutrition, culinary medicine, and nutritional bioethics with a focus on health equity and food justice in underserved communities.
