Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, relocated to USA on February 2024, adopted Memphis as second home.
I have more than 35 years of experience in the field of Bioethics, Children's Rights, Criminal Law, Health Law and Human Rights. I also hold an Specialization in Palliative Care, and a Bioethics Certificate from Yale University and Pediatrics Bioethics Certificate from Children's Mercy Hospital.
I worked for more than 10 years with children living in the streets and in the slums of Buenos Aires.
I worked for 24 years in Argentina's National Pediatric Hospital as a Lawyer and Clinical Ethicist.
I worked as a Professor and Researcher at the University of Buenos Aires for almost 40 years.
I have more than 90 publications on the field, 7 Books and several Chapters.
I was an advisor in the development of several health law, as the Patients' Rights Act, Dying with Dignity Act, Palliative Care Act in Argentina.
I'm also an advisor in Bioethics for several Institutions in Argentina and Latin America.
