Erin Keith-Chancy DNP (c) MS-NE RN (she/her) practices clinical nursing at Children's Mercy Hospital in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She is a doctoral student at University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Nursing and Health Sciences. She is nursing faculty at the University of Kansas School of Nursing. In all roles, Ms. Keith-Chancy seeks to better understand and navigate the complexities of intraprofessional ethics in complex adaptive systems.
