Arturo Balaguer, MBE, MS3 (he/him/his) is a third-year medical student at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. He received his Bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy from Boston College, and received his Master’s degree in Bioethics from Harvard Medical School, where he wrote his thesis in the political philosophy of safe-injection sites. He is most academically interested in neuroethics, global health ethics, and the ethics of medical AI ethics, and looks forward to specializing in neurology, psychiatry, or neurosurgery in the near future. He also loves reading, drumming, playing golf, DJing, cooking, and spending quality time with his closest friends on the weekends.
