Timothy W. Kirk, PhD (he/him) is professor of philosophy at City University of New York, York College, specializing in healthcare ethics with an emphasis on hospice and palliative care nursing. He also holds an appointment in the Division of Medical Ethics at NYU Langone Medical Center. Dr. Kirk is ethics consultant with MJHS Hospice & Palliative Care (New York, NY) and consults nationally with hospice and palliative care organizations.
