Eileen Isagon Skyers is a distinguished writer, and curator based in Brooklyn, New York. Her practice and criticism are focused on digital art and culture. With a dynamic academic background that includes a master's degree in Critical Theory and Creative Research, and studies across both Studio Art and Philosophy, Skyers brings a rich interdisciplinary perspective to her curatorial practice. Deeply engaged with the implications of AI in art, Skyers explores how machine learning and artificial intelligence can be harnessed creatively and ethically. In 2023, she presented a TED Talk titled, “In the age of AI art, what can originality look like?” She has worked with contemporary art and nonprofit arts organizations including the Whitney Museum, Rhizome, David Zwirner, Frame Contemporary Art Finland, and PICA. Her first book, Vanishing Acts, was published by LINK Editions.
