Amy Wang (she/her) is third year medical student at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Economics from Rice University in Houston, TX. Amy is passionate about the medical humanities and women's health, and holds leadership positions in UTMB's American Medical Women's Association, Association of Women Surgeons, and Lit & Med, a medical humanities-centered book club she co-founded. In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling, working out, and going to the beach.
